Please note the hard copy of the leave form must be submitted at least 7 DAYS (1 WEEK) in advance of your journey.
HSA Office Timings (Monday to Friday):
Morning: 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Evening: 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM
